When Annie’s beautiful son was born in 2000 she never expected to face the challenges of looking after a child with a long term medical condition. After Annie’s son was diagnosed and put on an elimination diet which excluded egg, wheat, gluten and soya. Annie scoured for gluten free information and food products only to find that the majority of the items were expensive, tasteless, full of additives and boring. With a family history of good Yorkshire cooks behind her, Annie picked up the gauntlet and started perfecting recipes.

Annie has had a varied career, illustrator, local politician and adviser. She also spends time doing theatre make-up and face painting. Annie is single and lives with her two sons and dog in Great Bromley.

Graham Weare has a background in catering; however, it was his flamboyant artistic side which led him onto professional cake decorating. Graham has been a sugarcraft lecturer at college and demonstrated his skills in the UK and America. His work has been exhibited in ‘The New York Museum of Cake Decorating.’ Graham has made TV appearances and he also designed and made the wedding cake for a famous West End star!

Graham is an accomplished artist; he went semi-professional in 1998 developing his own style. Graham paints nature using watercolour & ink, bringing life, movement, fun & enjoyment to each piece. You can view his work at www.grahamweareart.co.uk
